
'I\'m Aja Dang and for better or for worse, I can go back to my regularly scheduled eating habits because the 45 day fitness challenge with F45 is done! I\'m happy to say that 1) I\'ve lost 5 lbs during this process and 2) (and more importantly) I feel better. I actually felt better about my weight gain after uploading my first video because I was able to address it and I didn\'t feel like I had to hide it anymore but overall, I feel better. Not 100% better about where I am physically, but are we ever? I think I just need to remind myself that I\'m older and the body shape I had in college is now a thing of the past. I need to focus on paying attention to how my body reacts to certain foods, I need to pay attention to my mental health and I need to pay attention to how I shop for clothes. Shall 2021 be the year of normalizing normal bodies? I think so.
